Position Summary: 

This opening is for a full-time position evaluating and providing assessments to a U.S. Government customer and will primarily be performed at CONUS U.S. Government facilities. 

Successful applicants must have a clear understanding of the MARSOC organization, structure, and mission.

Exercise Planner / Intel Ops would be responsible for capturing lessons learned during and conclusion of exercises. Ensure daily evaluation reports are distributed to each discipline chief, detailing the day-to-day activities and progress of collection, processing, and analyzing.   

  • Develop scenario-based training which employs intelligence, logistics, and communications disciplines.  
  • Develop scenario-based training suited to evaluate the integration of logistics, communications, and intelligence operations within a Special Operations Forces environment.   
  • Interacts with civilian authorities and law enforcement agencies, manages all training requirements, logistics planning, contracting office interaction, and coordination with contractors.  
  • Develops and synchronizes all required briefs and reports.  
  • Implementation of operations and intelligence fusion.  
  • Provides intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance support and live ISR collection management.  
  • Supports implementation of exercise storylines and all events providing dynamic, on-call scripting during the exercise to ensure all training goals are met.  

Qualified candidates should have 5 or more years of relevant experience
